Estrella Jaramillo, also published as Estrella Jaramillo R\u00edos, is a women’s health advocate and femtech entrepreneur who co-founded B-wom (Bwom), a digital coach offering personalized programs for women’s intimate and sexual health, including guided pelvic floor exercises. Originally from Spain, she led the company’s expansion into the United States. For Le Wand’s Pleasure Guide, she wrote an expert guide to Kegel exercises and Kegel toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estrella has written as the femtech contributor for Forbes, covering the intersection of health, gender equality and the workplace. She has also led women’s health workshops and consulting sessions for private companies and for institutions including Planned Parenthood and the World Bank.
