Will My Order Be In Plain Packaging?

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

What Will It Have Written On It?

UPS requires us to have a return address on your parcel. This is shown as COTR, Inc.
Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to COTR, Inc.

What Your Parcel Looks Like:

All orders are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is. Here are photographs of how your lewandmassager.com order will arrive in total discretion and securely packaged.

All Le Wand items are dispatched in our plain, sturdy custom-made boxes.
Our tough boxes are double-wrapped with heavy-duty packing tape.

There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, and a UPS courier sticker depending on the service used.

How do I return or exchange my Le Wand product(s)?

All Le Wand products are covered by our one (1) year limited warranty, from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

If you discover a defect and notify us via [email protected], Le Wand will, at its own discretion, replace the product free of charge.

Please note that due to the nature of pleasure products:

  • · As per industry standards, pleasure products may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • · A shipping charge will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
  • · All warranty claims require a receipt or an approved form of proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be determined at our own discretion.

My product was damaged / already opened upon delivery. What should I do?

If you find that your product has been damaged or opened, or that its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the packaging and email it to [email protected] with the appropriate subject title - Damaged / Opened / Missing Product when delivered by UPS.
