About Rachel Wright

Rachel Wright, MA, LMFT, is a New York-based psychotherapist, educator and speaker specializing in relationships, sex and mental health. She works with people of every sexual orientation, gender and relationship structure, and hosts The Wright Conversations, a podcast about sex, relationships and mental health.

Wright holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and is licensed as a marriage and family therapist in California and New York. She created the virtual workshop series What You Wish You Learned in School: Sex Ed and previously served as SHAPE magazine’s Sex + Relationships Coach, and her insights have appeared in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan and Women’s Health. In 2021 she answered reader questions in Le Wand’s Lustline advice column.
